This project involved scripting and animating a short explainer video. I chose to tell the story of Stephan Scoggins, a U.S. medic during the Gulf War, and his Game Boy that survived a bombing.

The video was designed in an 8-bit retro style, inspired by the original Game Boy’s pixel art and screen aesthetics. Paired with chiptune sound design and monochrome effects, the video aims to authentically capture the Game Boy’s legacy and historical significance.
