For this project, we were tasked with designing a new architectural brand identity along with visual assets and mockups of a commercial building in Edmonton. Teams were given the choice of working with newly/partially built architectural projects or existing buildings in need of redevelopment. The outcome of this project is to create a visual identity that should inspire interaction and establish a sense of place within the chosen building.

Our chosen building was the Strathcona Public Building. We reimagined the space as a modern third space designed for university students and young adults. The concept, titled Third Space, aimed to create a welcoming environment for socializing, studying, and community engagement. Through branding, interior mockups, and digital assets, the project proposed a vibrant, multifunctional hub that supports both recreation and productivity in the heart of Edmonton’s Old Strathcona district.
